Greg Block

Gregory Block joined Millennium Properties in 2002 as a property manager and broker associate. As Executive Vice President, Block specializes in the sale, lease and auction of commercial and industrial properties throughout Chicagoland and the Midwest. His clients include private investors and partnerships, developers, lenders, trustees and retailers. Notably, Block has represented Associated Bank, Banco Popular, Bank of America, Citizen's Bank, Cole Taylor Bank, GMAC (CapMark), TCF Bank, and Thrivent Financial among others. Block has completed over 40 transactions since joining MPI.

Block received his Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in real estate finance and investment from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Block received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Business.

He is an active member of numerous organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, Industrial Council of Nearwest Chicago, Urban Land Institute, Young Real Estate Professionals, Chicago Real Estate Council, Real Estate Investment Association, Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, CommercialForum, Young Real Estate Group and The Standard Club. Block is also a board member on DePaul's Real Estate Alumni Association.
